Bearing in mind the cyclical nature of spot pricing, I would still not be surprised in the least to see an end user, probably Indian, come in as a white knight to secure supply.
Looking at the numbers being bandies around here lately, it may not be a popular or likely scenario, but it will not surprise me in the least.
Remember, buy in gloom.....I am close to getting back in for a small spec holding.
