Hi nyc3053,
if adminstrator was called in back in oct i don't have issue with creditors and the directors at all.
back in oct the dirctors started to work with creditors on a deal to wripe out existing shareholders. the directors should inform the shareholders and lifted the suspension since the company was still solvent. it is directors' duty to represent shareholders. they didn't. that is the problem.
any reason why the creditors didn't want to call in administrator until a deal was finalised?
the directors betrayed us! they should be nailed down for doing this.
