trustee confirms fair value as $9.00

    Interesting to note that the trustee of PXUPA has determined the fair value of PXUPA as $9.00 .

    Holders have 48 hours to accept 250 shares for 1 , an 11% premium on the trustees own valuation .

    I was going to buy some more today but I assume buying in PXUPA now to convert is to late as the shares wont be registered in time .

    Does any one know if you buy tomorrow get shares in 3 days under T + 3 settlement with the view of accepting you still qualify or are we to late ?
