From a fundament perspective totally agree with what you say. Would normally have expected the share price to be many multiples of what it is at the moement.
Personally I think the price drop is more along your thoughts of keeping the price low, with fear syndrome thrown in from a few sellers - esp where there are statements about a future royalty increases.
Should be just a waiting game now. Let's hope the forrestry permit comes through soon. In a risk on market I reckon the recent DFS would have added a minimum +20cents to the sp. not -2.
