re: Ann: Invion announces Rights Issue Entitl... If it was the investor presentation that caused the sell-off, thats odd considering it wasn't a market sensitive announcement. It definitely was absent of any mention of interim result release dates, which were in the previous presentation. But it could just have easily been left off due to other things being prioritized in the slides this time, such as the inhalation drug strategy with 3M, and what I really liked, the regular mention of the plan to out-license INV103 to a pharma - this has clearly been made to be seen as a priority in this preso compared to the last one.

I still think there could be a surprise announcement with results next week. Remember institutional investors were wanting more shares than were available. And I keep thinking about the email from Greg a month ago where he said an update will come soon, when asked about the Lupus interim results.

Even if there is no results released before the closing of the rights issue to boost the SP, I don't care, just means I have a chance of picking up some extra at 7.5c in a short fall :)
