re: Ann: Invion announces Rights Issue Entitl... Matakus and all, also sometimes the market gets the discountdd (in this case 0.075) price stuck in its head, due to fear of instos 'bailing' on the day their shares become tradeable. For instance the classic fear is that one or more instos and sophisicated investors may already own shares anad will arbitrage. The dip is common - see AHZ in 2012 etc.
teh more I thikn about it, i doubt the $2 mil placement caused the 10-15% drop. it was either the $5mil or the presentation.
