INTEREST: SKT: SKY Announces the Interest Rate for its Retail Bond Offer
On 24 February 2014, SKY Network Television Limited ("SKY") announced that it
had registered a Simplified Disclosure Prospectus ("SDP") for its offer of up
to NZ$100 million of unsecured unsubordinated fixed rate bonds ("Bonds") to
the New Zealand public.
The interest rate for the Bonds has now been set at 6.25% per annum, payable
quarterly in arrears. The Bonds will mature on 31 March 2021 (unless repaid
or redeemed earlier).
Investors should contact any of the Joint Lead Managers or their financial
advisor to request a free copy of the SDP.

Applications for the Bonds can only be made using the application form
included in the SDP for the Bonds. Investors should contact any of the Joint
Lead Managers or their financial advisor to request a free copy of the SDP.
No applications for Bonds will be accepted or money received unless the
subscriber has received the SDP. The minimum application amount in respect of
the Bonds is NZ$5,000 and in multiples of NZ$1,000 thereafter.
