Off topic had to choose a new name as last one was anabbreviation of a racehorse stallion I had high hopes for. Sold him recently at a huge loss after 6 years neg cash flow. Worst investment EVER!
Simple rule: Never invest in anything you have to feed & board, unless your Hugh Hefner !
