you'll be greeted with.. press 1 for shareholder queries, press 2 for accounts, press 3 for procurement, press 4 for everything else.

Upon pressing 1, I was politely told by the automated lady to send my query to the shareholder email address.

I was left scratching my head as I thought I was phoning Norwest Energy, the little minnow with a $17m market cap, and not one of the billion dollar banks!
