Doesnt the Cap raising provide an opportunity for existing shareholders to top up at 2.5cents as well....I look forward to taking the opportunity to load up....

Future is a bit more brighter and secure now that Infrastructure solution is resolved...
In theory it didn't really matter how they structured the CAP raising the amount raised is very small when you think about it and issue is that they have money to move the project forward...I agree they should have let the SP run a bit before announcing the cap raising...but I suspect they couldn't as it was already know to Sophistocated investors and would have been negotiated some weeks or months ago....
