For ALL the talk about revenue uplift revenue was actually down and not a whole lot of insight as to why. That is poor form in my view.
EBITDA up - reasonable achievement.
Biggest gray areas - how. is CAPEX to be funded and how will this affect '14 divvies?
Reduce rating to hold.
