Well you were whinging when they wouldn't tell you anything, now you know (but still not happy). Not sure what you expected from a Coy in their position. I think it looks promising and plenty more to come. I think the alternative could have been an extremely low ball take over offer or (at the least) a cap raising to just keep negotiating.
Anyway, I've been in 7 years, too stupid to sell when .29 so guess I'm happy to ride this out. I will certainly be taking up the offer.
