what you're forgetting is why they did a capital raising.
most companies capital raise to bolster balance sheets, tiger did it to build the sxew and did a 50m offtake with gerards from supply of cathode.
they will be producing concentrate for 30c/lb as well as cathode.
why not reward loyal shareholders and attract new interest?
