I personally dont think Novartis will exercise there option and think there is a reason why Sanofi is building the Lyon plant with Transgene ie development of TG4010 and perhaps TG40001.

The IP valuation/announcement for VHL will be most revealing. I note the apparent stability in current trading at 1.4 to 1.5 cents. I can understand those that bought at .05 unloading a % of there holdings at that price. I also note that there have also been buyers of good sized parcels at the same price. So I assess that astute investers see some good upside in the wings as well.
