the super mining boom In today's Financial Review, page 44. A full page.
Short term volatility is only relevant for traders. There are many traders on HC. They make money if they get their timing right. They lose, if instos go against them.
Over the past few months, I have also gathered that there are some long term (multi years) holders of BHP, (I am in this category), on HC.
For long term investors, short term volatility is irrelevant unless one is looking to add/reduce holdings.
For the long term holders, the single most important factor is whether there is a supercycle in place for the mining sector. If affirmative, BHP will continue performing for our "wealth accumulation".
Any comments from long term holders? Please add. Otherwise, I might get bored!
