Serious waste of time having a dialogue with some here.
The goal posts are already moving and these guys don't even know it. The serious OTT players with a lot to gain and a business to protect are already recognising that net neutrality (an idealistic concept of the early days of the internet)is history.

The lopsided huge demand for bandwidth from some OTT players wes never envisaged in the early days. The likes of Netflix/Facebook/Skype are already recognising that. These guys hog half the bandwidth and create an unsustainable bandwidth investment scenario. The smart ones are now looking to look after themselves first - team up with a telco and priority deliver their product over superior networks. Share a bit around - and they continue to make bid dollars.

Techies here could well find some other free avenues for what they want to do. Who cares when these players are at the insignificant stage.
