Depends what happens and how long, but Russia into Ukraine has the potential to cause a pretty significant spike.
Russia supplies a huge amount of oil and gas to Europe and talks of "serious consequences" for Russia indicate sanctions. Generally sanctions quickest target is oil or gas.
Time will tell but it doesnt take much of a security risk to make the speculators go crazy.
