Yes Low Chinese demand will be an issue but what you need to remember is that when the Fe spot price drops then grade becomes king ... at 58% Fe as dig up ore with no or v/little benefication our ore will remain cheap relative to most others ... Also we are in the Pilbara so cheaper shipping to China.

On the other hand many of the Vale mines operating out of Brazil and Africa are Iterberite (35-45%Fe) which requires costly benefication and they still have to pay shipping costs....

So I guess what I'm saying is if the price drops many Brazilian/African operations will hit the wall before we do ... then subsequently stop producing reducing world supply. A buffer if you will to the Pilbara suppliers. Expansion by the majors in the Pilbara is coming to a close also. So we occupy an unique position both grade wise and geographically.

    All is IMHO DYOR
