Ok guys ,
This is time for you boys down under to own up !
Who amongst you has purchased these shares ?
Our CEO comes back from the AGM in your back yard and Goldbugs are mentioned , we have a Rights Issue and it's mentioned that possible investors may take up the shortfall if any ( over my dead one ! ) .
Now the rules on AIM are different from the ASX which is just one of the reasons that makes me believe that 30 Million of these shares are here in Aus and one of those different rules is a 3% notifiable interest rule on AIM which on the ASX is conveniently set at 5% and much easier to hide under.
I know a hell of a lot of the Uk shareholders and of them only 3 that I know off are just sitting under the 3% rule at the moment, so unless I am missing something its down to you guys for 30 million !
Now don't get me wrong on this one , I am all for this and I think that finally the clock has well and truly started to tick on this one . The inclusion of Nat Le Roux alone is worth more than the 10% premium to be paid on Scottish Gold let alone mentioning the 40% stake in the new company marketing this Scottish Gold .
The comments of Nat le Roux , Significant Scottish Mining Industry
The comments of Chris Sangster, There could be an Elephant in the room, amongst a few others !
The comments of John Bentley , “Across the political spectrum, there is huge support, not just because of the local economic interest in the Highlands but because it is such a unique project and it has the potential to open up other mining projects and exploration projects in Scotland.”
The comments of Dr Dave Holwell,
Dr Dave Holwell of the University of Leicester's Department of Geology and contributing author to the recent Society of Economic Geologists publication "Magmatic Ni - Cu - PGE deposits" has visited the site and has reviewed the current results.
"This is most certainly an exciting discovery. The mineralisation at Sron Gharb has the characteristics of a classic magmatic Cu-Ni sulphide deposit with elevated precious metals. The ratios of sulphur and selenium indicate that the magma has been contaminated by sulphur-bearing crustal rocks - a key factor in helping to generate deposits of this kind. Intriguingly, the geochemical signatures show that the sulphides cannot have gained their high precious metal contents without the presence of a much larger magmatic system than is current exposed. If this has been preserved beneath the current surface (as a larger intrusion or conduit system), it could represent a potential host for massive sulphide mineralization at depth."
OHH and the Little known ( lol) Richard Goldfarb who compared Scotgold's findings to that of which he has worked on in ALaska.
Come on guys own up
Tick tock
