* funding to come from internal resources (oh yeah) and(much!) external fund raising/s(you betcha)
* purchase (price) based on reserve report/s which they acknowledge is in their hands.
* Independant estimate of the NPV of the oil-in-ground assets forming the basis for the purchase- $US 492.3m (100%).
* the oil assets in question referred to as "prime assets"
* CVN to be able to book a profit in 13/14 of $2.928944m. (let me know if I have misinterpreted this-it surely wont be LOYZ booking such a profit)
