Unfortunately there are plenty lining up to sell at less than 6c.
Tax Losses only of value to someone in the same industry - normally would have suggested Fleetwood but now NOD is really just a builder then not so sure.
The business cannot support the overhead structure even though its been pruned down significantly.
Not only that but they have to release the Wacol property and it looks like a struggle to do so - certainly it will be less than the current lease fees of NOD.
I just think that NOD is a dead duck - I can't see any catalyst for any growth and not so sure that 5c is not in fact the correct value for this stock.
I got some out at a small loss at 5.8c the other day but still hold some and not topping up.
