The shorters do not seem to care how high all the other U stocks fly, as long as there are people to fuel their actions.
The shorters create chart events and fool the TAs and weak hands to sell. They have too many short positions to cover. If PDN flies, they are in deep trouble. They need time to buy back the shares in low price.
