I've been an investor in TZ quite some time now. The latest developments with the sale
of TFS seem intruiging to me. Textron promised it's shareholders to sell it's fastening business
and this is quite a big deal. Textron is a 10 billion dollar revenues company and they are
selling a part worth 2 billion of revenues. Textron is a richly valued company which always informed
    it's shareholders prudently.

Considering the synergy of TZ and TFS I expect TZ to be (a part of) the new entity which will
become the dominant player in the (intelligent) fastening-business in the future.

Textron will release its fourth quarter 2005 financial results on Thursday, January 26.
Analist will have a lot of questions and TXT will be pressured to answer them.
So, I expect that on this date we will learn a lot more about the involvement of TZ with a
possible takeover of TFS. If this is the case, this must be front page material for the Wall street
Journal. Considering the humble market cap. of TZ and the huge implications this must trigger
    fireworks.

In the unlikely event that this doesn't happen, I'm still holding shares in a strong growth company
which makes a very good profit, doesn't have any debt, and which is undervalued due to a lack
    of attention.

    Cheers
