If Andrew Mohl took over the share price would jump $2 within a week.
This new chairman is a yes man to the the disfunctional board. He has been here for more than a year. Useless.
So what if he is the Australia of the year winner. In my eyes that's a disqualification. What we need is a strong CEO and chairman and we are far from it.
How about this:
AMP share price 6.50 and dividends 49 c before AXA.
AMP SP 4.70 and dividends 23c after AXA.
AXA takeover price 4.6 billion.
How can they get away with this.
