imo if they have found a commercial discovery they will not take the risk of embarrassing the Kenyan Govt again as per Mbawa, as said by Bonsai and Ewart.
Imo if the Govt knew, they could not keep it watertight?
Therefore my guess would be that there has been no discovery?
More waiting I guess.
