Ace, One quibble...I hate comments like "the market is always right". If that's the case, why even bother talking individual stocks. Just tell invest in the index since its obvious you can't beat the market.
The "market" is telling us what current market participants expect APG to be worth. They may be wrong or they may be right. They certainly aren't always right.
