    For me this puts into focus the resignation and no show at the agm.

    Surely this is just a cover to dump a bunch of new shares on market at j flated prices.

    How this is above 1 cent is beyond me.

    Likelyhood of FAS mining anything is very very low based on what they have acheived in the last 4 years.
