This matter is under the surveillance of the Senate Inquiry into ASIC. Just have to wait and see what transpires as CuDeco has been prominently featured.

On the other matter the police contacted me. I informed them that I did not want any further action from my part, but that the matter was referred for their information only, for use if there was a prevalence of such behaviour occurring in the District and my report may pin-point a location.
