NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that a general meeting of Shareholders of Precious Metal Resources Limited
(Company) will be held at Level 2, 131 Macquarie Street, Sydney, NSW 2000, on 4 April 2014 at 1:00
pm Sydney time (Meeting).
The Explanatory Memorandum and Independent Expert’s Report provide additional information on
matters to be considered at the Meeting. The Explanatory Memorandum, Independent Expert’s Report
and the Proxy Form part of the Notice.
The Directors have determined pursuant to regulation 7.11.37 of the Corporations Regulations 2001
(Cth) that the persons eligible to vote at the Meeting are those who are registered as Shareholders of
the Company on Wednesday 2 April 2014 at 5:00pm Sydney time.
Terms and abbreviations used in the Notice are defined in Schedule 1.

As SOC share holders we don't have a vote, as I see it.
