major drilling share price at a one year high

Major drilling's share price went up 8% last night to an amazing one year high after it produced its third quarter results. Major Drilling is a Canadian based world driller with similar activities to Boart but better placed financially.

The statement I liked best and have been looking for all over the place was this "in many regions we are seeing encouraging signs of increased inquiries, especially from gold customers, which if they result in successful bids, would generate higher activity levels in the second half of this calendar year."

Boart's high a year ago was $1.53. Wouldn't that be nice to see again. Boart may not be as financially stable as Major Drilling but if this market turns around over the next year then the biggest faller will become the biggest riser.
