I read the situation exactly the same way. Haven't bought in yet, but while LT the story is compelling, I don't see why I should tie up capital with this mob, while the share issues are going on. Launch in 2015 will change things significantly. A wildcard trigger could be a government decision on communications policy.

There are previous examples of the two strike rule being applied by shareholders, and rebellions taking place but as you note, you need a passionate, angry and broad shareholder base. HC has been used to help galvanize support for such moves. LYC is one example where shareholders forced a decision reversal by the CEO, although they did not manage to have him removed. EGO is another, where management were removed.
