I agree with you Management are shocking at running this company..... They might make good wine but cannot run a company especially a listed company with little to no announcements to keep shareholders in the loop....

I have raised this with them multiple times..

AVG has great brands, assets and future looking more promising with AUD and debt lowered.
The board and management needs a good cleanout or the best we can hope for is a takeover bid and at these levels you wouldn't have to offer much of a premium over 60 cents...
