I can't imagine south africans going back to SA, or the poms going back to england.
The chinese and asians make the money back home but they don't want to live there.
Sure the will be market corrections from time to time but each time it's been about 10% then recovered and moved to new highs.
Once you have a decent amount of equity as most do or own you home the actual value of property going up or down matters little. Your are selling and buying in the same market
