Fat bloater they dont charge the user a fee and their app has probably saved me a lot of money. It limits my purchases to topping up my account and I only therefore play on certain criteria - One ticket every week and another only if the pool is over a certain figure.
They have a place in the process just as your newsagent is a ticket clipper as they are paid by the lotto company to provide a service anyway.
