Atlas posted a solid earnings result featuring lower all-in costs and an end in sight to Horizon capex, the broker notes. Horizon 2 awaits, nevertheless. The broker points out that AGO is not just an iron ore price story but very much an A$ story given the impact on depreciation against cashflow, but acknowledges the market will basically respond to iron ore.
Outperform and $1.30 target retained.
