personal opinion
- with good results surpassing endpoints , we will complete the trial with less than 388 patients enrolled , so the trial will end before schedule.
- our price has been kept low. dont believe the hype the market is waiting etc etc . our float is so low and most inst.+funds dont have the space to put a decent position as there are limited shares. also were a small cap , many inst. and funds have restrictions in investing in micro and small caps.
- the company , the venture capitalists that funded the company in the beginning , lets say " the whole crew " are in place and have strengthened their positions in these prices and " not letting any1 in " . if someone has $10m to invest in sunshine heart @ yesterdays close. hed have about 6.8% of the company ! point im trying to make, the company and its major shareholders dont care about todays price and they hvae no fear that some1 will build a position in their company as there are more or less no shares available. and if someone attempted to buy half that amount of shares the price would treble in no time.
when they want the price to shoot up it will shoot up.
- the less aggressive pr . i feel its deliberate and the company doesnt want to attract worldwide attention at current time. the company is growing and after the investigator meeting more sites should be activated and hopefully the enrollment pace is accelerated. but i honestly believe the less than aggressive stance in the sense that the cpulse is a breakthrough device is deliberate. when they want the whole world to know it , they will
- ive lost hope with the stock in the short term but have a feeling that the only thing that will drag us away from these lows , is a takeover bid which hopefully will be rejected. wouldnt mind to jump to 30 and start our ride from there.
hopefully a good conference call next week and maybe a surprise? lets hope
