Buy/sell depth is perhaps not a good guide at present because the majority of the sellers are sitting around the previous high of $1.19 and above. There is only 3.4m of sell depth up to that price.
The target of $1.30 seems achievable to me if we see a rail deal and JV but near-term AGO will move up and down on the IO price and market sentiment.
