Managing Director Brad Marwood will give a presentation at the Sydney Mining Club Luncheon on Thursday 6 March at 12.30pm. further detail below. Anyone attending? It will be interesting to read the presentation slide pack (assumed it would be provided soon at the talk). Due to work commitment, I cannot attend. It would be nice if any share holders attending can capture the key points of the talk.

After Indaba conference in early February 2014 (http://www.miningindaba.com/sessiontypes/2014-sessions/), TGS organised a site visits for Analysts, Institutions, etc. Many brokers have updated their research reports, Macquarie said in its updated report (19 Feb 2014), the SXEW (cathode Copper production) project was 93% complete, and RFC Ambrian Broker report on 28 Feb 2014 stated “The company is currently well advanced in the construction of an SX-EW plant (96% complete). First SX-EW production is expected in 2Q14”.


Key points to note:

• The status of stage 2 phase 1 SXEW project and first cathode copper production (TGS has indicated 2nd Qtr of 2014). IMHO, by the end of this month, first cathode copper will be produced and take 6 to 8 weeks to ramp up to full production, 25kt/year)

• The progress of Heap leach operation (started 24/12/2014, refer to asx announcement, link below). It will take 120days to give more than 90% of recovery.

• The full year 2013 annual result. The 2012 FY result was announced on 28 Feb 2012.
