I think more so in China.
The biggest problem with trying to discuss China is that so much is done behind closed doors and without reason
IE- I mean in the western world politicians and CBs are doing things for a particular reason even if that reason is flawed but they are still accountable to share holders, the press etc, not so with China which is basically run by a secret society IMHO
