genel confirms oil at jm-1, page-12

I was thought similar with standby vessel but a tug is a bit over the top for this duty, especially with a anchor handler already in the area.

We shall see but tug is very close now. The lack of RNS is confusing though.

The Genel report only mentions the presence of oil so they could have got something from the mud rather than a test (meaning they could still be drilling).

Like trying to read tea leaves!
