ddzx- on the 1% change notification it's on a 1% of Total shares on issue currently TON 2.2 millionish = 1% 0f Total Issue. ie it is not a 1% change in the individual substantial holding.
also if a holder falls below 5% without necessarily selling 1% it must be notified eg holds 5.2% and sells .3 percent.
Also the consideration paid should be divulged to show both cost and whether on market transactions.otherwise there could be transferring within a group going on.
our stubbo bought ton earlier than the last CR ddzx. I remember a purchase around 9 cents of some millions of shares some months ago. Like Jenks I think he was able to Double Down with the two 5 center placements and perhaps has a break even price approx 7 cents?
