Revenue will triple from the takeover based on what I read around the web. Assuming they convert the business properly they'll also get improved utilisation as noted in previous reports they are trying to fill the books. I reckon they'll hit $3- once the register opens up because people have more interest in a stock when 25% of it is up for sale as opposed to 5%.
More interesting point is that he is waiting until after the full year report so this is basically a earnings forecast!
