ACG has sunk in somewhere around $9m into our littler woofer.
I doubt he is going just walk away from that without a fight. That doesn't mean the deal he can cut is the same that all other shareholders get - but his $9m is in the the Ordinary shares - and boy don't they look very ordinary right now.
I'll repeat my comment from an earlier post :
"the fat lady hasn't sung yet on this (soap)opera"
...my guess is we are in for a long suspension while this last part of the Opera is sorted out, and then all the players come back on stage to play out their highly crafted parts for all us in the bleachers to watch and cry or cheer (jeer ?) at.
