Interesting stuff happening at SYR, with some luck should put this area into play, cos this stock needs a kick start from somewhere.
But I dunno, the drill bit is racing against the cash balance.
I'm sure they always intended to raise at higher S:P but that plan works against itself, like a dog chasing its tail. It can't raise at a higher S:P because of the fact it needs to do so.
