Please, Please tell me what you mean because I am SERIOUSLY interested how you can get profits out of a company when not paid as dividends and not raise red flags at the ATO.
I might have a general interest in the topic..if you get my drift.
I am not interested in selling things at almost zero cost to the company from an offshore situation. I have little interest in fighting 5 year court battles to stay out of jail.
