Sorry borris... to me, controlled in a public company means he has a controlling interest, it does not say or give any hint to how much many shares or what %age he owns.
Sorry, I read your post as you saying the shares cannot be traded, what you did say was that they cannot be traded on the ASX, which is obvious because they are not listed.
