SilentO there are some major points there you have copy and pasted but you also need to read the whole section below what you cut from the report. Cause for concern - Yes, do they have a plan to avoid it - Yes. will they avoid it - thats the unknown. if your money is important to your lifestyle hold off until the finance is signed this month or next.
SP liked it though from mid 8c to early 9's at close. Plant is coming together and looks much better than it was.
