Look 1890's was more precise in discussing a bubble and to rely on that is a bit of a stretch. Always happy to be taught some history nonetheless. Since then too much has changed to make it relevant. Having said that property survived the GFC and is still powering on.
All said and done the whole tax structure, this country's favoured destination status, low sovereign risk and politicians desire to keep on side with the populace makes this a AAAAA rated investment worthy of consideration by anyone wishing to secure their future.
