The vast population do not agree, in fact, its a very, very small minority that actually believe buying property now is a smart investment at all and you can include none less than the RBA governor himself.
And I have never seen anyone on here quote Keen or Dent, in fact, I have never taken any of their opinions seriously.
Convince me why property investment 7 years ago has even paid its way for most people, and what you base even short term growth for the next 7 on because from where most people sit, property is on a hiding to nothing.
