HCT, you got a thumbs up from me because that article demonstrates the problems both countries are having with power generation or lack of.
Both India and Pakistan have large populations which require large ammounts of electricity. Personally I wouldn't consider Pakistan as a potential market due to it being an unstable country, one only has to read or see the news to understand the organisations that want to disrupt the country.
